Windows 10 HTTP Proxy Setup Instructions

Configure HTTP Proxy on Chrome

Our HTTP Proxy requires your Public IP Address to be authorized to access the service. You can head over to the IP Authorization page to configure your access. We also have this handy guide to follow if you need any help.
  1. Launch Google Chrome browser.
  2. Type-in chrome://settings in the address bar.
  3. Scroll down and click Show advanced settings... at the bottom of the page.
  4. Scroll down to the Network section and click Change Proxy settings...
  5. Click LAN settings button.
  6. Uncheck the boxes next to the following:
    1. Automatically detect settings
    2. Use automatic configuration script
  7. Check the box next to Use a proxy server for your LAN under Proxy server.
  8. Check the box next to Bypass proxy server for local addresses.
  9. Click Advanced button.
  10. On the HTTP field under Proxy address to use, enter the HTTP Proxy IP address you wish to use. You can find here the list of IronSocket HTTP Proxy servers: https://ironsocket.com/network#http
  11. On the Port box, enter 443.
  12. Click the box next to Use the same proxy server for all protocols.
  13. Click OK to save your configuration.
  14. Then close the Local Area Network (LAN) Settings and Internet Properties windows.
